friendly staff clean hotel great location soft bed microscopic desk poor wi-fi

The staff was very friendly! the hotel was also VERY clean. plus, the location was great. Right in the middle of everything. everything was easy to reach. It was AMAZING!

The room was a mixed bag, i must say. the bed and pillows were too soft for me. This is just my personal preference though. the desk area was also microscopic. It was not even deep enough for my laptop. the wi-fi was appalling. IT WAS slow and kept dropping out.

small room weak shower

The room size was smaller than expected, especially considering the price i paid. storage space was also minimal. I had to live out of my suitcase. the shower pressure was weak. It made it difficult to rinse shampoo thoroughly from my hair.

easy check in lovely staff building work no forewarning

the easy check in was acceptable. lovely staff helped a lot.

I did not like the building work happening next door. there was no forewarning on the website. at 0730am builders shouted and at 0800 banging started. This prevented me from sleeping well.

the staff provided a welcome drink upon my arrival. my room, a moxy sleeper family guest room 1 king, was super clean. the location proved very central to nearby bars and restaurants.

the hotel did not offer food service after 10pm.
